Ahh...what a wonderful relaxing weekend we had! We headed up north to Pickerel and spent the weekend with Adam's family at his aunt and uncles cottage on Lake Pickerel. The drive was long but very pretty. We spent Friday night relaxing and had some really yummy fish at a bar, literally across the street from their cabin. Saturday the girls headed to Eagle Lake for Cranberry Fest where I got Aubrey this adorable owl hat!!
The guys did some fishing while we were gone and then we had a big campfire and had some yummy chili while we watched the Brewers and Badger games.
Amanda and JJ brought their new kitty along too and she loved playing with Aubrey (and her kicking feet) in her activity play mat.
Sad to head home, but at least the drive was beautiful!
