Strawberry Pizza

For Father's Day I made my dad and my father in law a strawberry pizza.  With summer finally here and fresh strawberries in season I just couldn't resist.  Plus the weather for Father's Day was really crummy and wet so I figured everyone could use a pick me up!

Ingredients:

1 package of sugar cookie dough

2-8 oz. packages cream cheese

3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar

1-2 quarts of strawberries, sliced

1 package strawberry glaze (found in the fruit and vegetable department at the grocery store)

Preheat oven to 350º.  Spread sugar cookie dough evenly on a greased pizza pan or a rectangular cookie sheet.  Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Set aside to cool.

Mix cream cheese with butter and powdered sugar.  Once sugar cookie crust is cooled, spread the mixture evenly on top. 

Mix the strawberries with the strawberry glaze and spread on top of cream cheese mixture.  Slice pizza triangle style or into smaller squares.
