I'm not typically a huge chocolate eater but this baby seems to really like chocolate lately! I found this recipe on a cooking blog and couldn't wait to try it out!
13" x 9" pan of brownies, cooled and cut into bite sized pieces
2 chocolate toffee candy bars, crushed into bits (I decided to use one snickers bar and one Heath bar for this)
16 oz cool whip
Prepare the pudding according to the package directions with the milk; set aside. Tip: Let the pudding cool to room temperature before adding into the trifle bowl or it will melt your cool whip) Place about half of the brownie bites on the bottom of the trifle bowl, in a single layer. Evenly pour half the pudding on top of the brownies in the trifle bowl. Layer with half of the cool whip, then half of the candy bits. Repeat layers one more time. Chill for 4 hours before serving.
